Yves Guillaume Messy is a Blockchain and a member of the Global Corporate Social Responsibility committee at R3, a leading Distributed Ledger Technology platform. He architects and develops blockchain-based capital markets infrastructure, cross-border payments, and investment management solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Prior to that, Yves Guillaume conducted various advanced research and development programs that aimed to apply Artificial Intelligence and Distributed Ledger Technology to improve the pricing of political risk insurance in emerging and frontier markets.
He has lectured and held masterclasses on blockchain and AI development at engineering schools such as ETH Zurich in Switzerland, the Sauder School of Business, at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, and at the Desautel School of Business, at McGill University in Montreal. Yves Guillaume is a Tech Mentor at Switzerland’s F10 incubator, as well as a Blockchain Mentor for Tech London Advocates. He is an alumni of the Social Finance and Impact Investing Programs at the Said School of Business, at the University of Oxford.
